why there is government

there is government for one simple reason
individuals and businesses focus on their business and pursue its interests
therefore, they cannot fully consider the inter-entity environment

authority, by its nature, is placed in one center
from there, it is exercised across a realm
authority in the life of an individual is placed in their person
authority in a company is placed in its chiefs
authority in a community is placed in its government

the entities which comprise an entity still exist
even though the entity they comprise exists
there is not even any lack of equality
so, it is true that government needs to respect the parts of the community it governs
and that it has parts
while the parts need to respect the community they comprise
(for, in some way, it is also in the nature of existence
that our sustenance originates in some measure in what we are part of)
